I have officially completed the Miracle Morning 30 Day Challenge! Besides a few off days of travel I was able to complete TMM each morning for 30 days and as I’ve said before (here and here) I loved it. During the week I wake up at 5:20, do the entire MM and finish with a workout. On the weekend I will usually get up a little later but no later than 7am to make sure I have quiet time to complete it. I have been flexible if need be [like when I had to leave for the airport at 2:45am last Friday] and will make sure to complete the entire set of practices when I have quiet time at some point during the day.
I really look forward to this time to myself because it really makes a difference in my day-to-day living. The first week was the only time I felt pretty tired – and I didn’t feel tired when I woke up, just after a full day of work. Which meant some early bedtimes until I adjusted. Since that week, it has honestly been easy to get up because that time is so valuable to me.
If you’re on the fence about this whole concept, read the book. And then try the challenge! From my experience, it will make a great difference in your life – your mood, your energy level, your productivity. I will continue on with TMM and will be back with another update!
