These cookies! We had a lot of leftover candy from our lack of trick-or-treaters so a few weeks ago I tried this recipe and I was not disappointed. Such a soft and chewy cookie with just hint of caramel…mmmm! I will tell you right now that this dough does require being refrigerated for at least 2 hours before baking [I refrigerated mine overnight]. I made them with a large cookie scoop so the recipe made about 18 large cookies. Warm these snickers cookies in the microwave real quick to make that caramel and chocolate melt – so good!
