It is officially summer!! And with summer comes S’mores. With summer also comes the need for no-bake recipes to keep your time in the kitchen as short as possible. When I found this recipe on Chef in Training I was sold by its simplicity. These s’mores bars are crazy easy and so very good [but no, not “healthy”] They require 4 ingredients and can be put together in less than 10 minutes. I let mine sit overnight to make sure they were really ready but I’m sure you could dive in as they’re cooling. I used the whole small box of cereal but I would recommend using about 3/4 of the box so they are more marshmallowy. If you’re looking for a really simple crowd pleaser this summer, look no further!
