4 ingredients. That’s it! So little time and so few ingredients to make these delicious Nutella Cookies. This recipe is perfect for me as the search for baking soda & baking powder continues [I did find sugar though, hooray!] I love Nutella but for some reason I only eat it when I’m in Europe. Maybe because it’s everywhere? We finished our first jar in less than a week…oops. The recipe calls for chocolate chips but because I only brought one bag of Nestle’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips in my suitcase [I don’t know what I was thinking] I decided to save them for my favorite choco chip cookies. They would have definitely added that little extra kick of chocolate I love so much. Either way, these cookies are so tasty. Less than 10 minutes to put together and 8-10 minutes in the oven. There is also an eggless version of this recipe on Kirbie’s Cravings that calls for Greek Yogurt which I’m sure would also be delicious.
When in Europe…eat lots, and lots of Nutella.
