My second order of cupcakes!! This time for a 30th birthday 
The birthday guy loves chocolate so I did a chocolate cake with a hint of coffee and a really light, whipped, chocolate buttercream. This is the same delightful buttercream I used for the funfetti cupcakes last week. I also melted some unsweetened chocolate, piped ’30′ on wax paper, cooled it in the fridge then stood them up on a few cupcakes – a nice little addition!
