Here is one of my favorite recipes…ever. I first made these Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies 3 years ago and I fell in love. Last year I made them twice and they failed both times – I don’t know why!! So I was hopeful that this time the results would be magical. And they were. The ingredients and process are both very simple. The batter is a little thinner than regular cookie dough so don’t be alarmed. They don’t sell chocolate chunks here so I bought a bunch of chocolate bars [which is why I included the gram conversions in the recipe] and chopped them into chunks.
