This will be my first ever repeat recipe post which I swore I would never do. BUT this Banana Bread recipe is one of the very first posted to Just a Sliver to get my blog started and I don’t think it got adequate exposure considering how incredibly simple and delicious it really is. This is the recipe my mom has been making forever. It never fails me and you can make bread or muffins with it. Sometimes I add chocolate chips, like in the original post, but otherwise it’s amazing plain. Have some too-ripe-to-eat bananas in the house?
