Time is of the essence which is why I love these little brownie bites. There are a million great ideas on Pintrest that look so cute and then you click the link and it looks like you would be in the kitchen for hours trying to create the “perfect” treat. So, let’s simplify while keeping it cute and festive. For this recipe, I used a box brownie mix and combined it with raspberry preserves and a little powdered sugar. I got my cookie cutters at the Dollar Store the other day – it was a pack of 4 different sizes which was perfect. I used the smallest two sizes but it’s really up to you to decide. Once the brownies cool, use the cookie cutters to cut out the hearts, slice them in half and spread raspberry preserves in the center. Sprinkle with a touch of powdered sugar and there you have it! Doesn’t get much simpler, right? Happy Heart Month!
