I know it’s September but I’m holding off on doing/baking/talking all things fall. I don’t like when seasons are rushed! One thing that I will openly embrace though is the start of football season. I just love having the TV on with football games all day on Sundays. For these football Sundays you can never have too many app recipes. I really love rangoons/wontons and have to order them whenever I get Chinese food. This homemade recipe is a bit healthier as they are baked and not fried. The longest part of this process is filling and folding the wontons. Definitely don’t overstuff these little wrappers with cream cheese mix or else they overflow through the top. If you’re looking for wonton wrappers, check the tofu section near veggies in the grocery store. Serve with a little sweet chili sauce [my favorite] and you have a great little appetizer!
P.S. now that we’re unpacked I’m loving our new Staccato set from Crate & Barrel…ahhh to be settled.
